The annual national convention of the Pentecostal victory mission (PVM) for the year 2017 which held from the 9th to the 12th of February was a remarkable one.
The convention which lasted for four days featured praises, worship, sermon from prominent men of God, miracles, ordination of ministers, Elders, deacons and deaconesses, awards and lots more.
The presiding pastor of PVM abakiliki branch, Rev Ukanwa Augustine spoke who spoke on the topic "Dedication and Commitment"  charged Christians to value results more than pressure. He stated that one can only be fully committed and dedicated to God only when you love the word of God and practice his word.
In his closing remark, the General overseer and presiding bishop of PVM, Arch.Bishop Moses Ufomba spoke on the topic "Reward of real Fasting", said that Christians will only receive answers to their prayers only when they fast according to the will of God.
The occasion which attracted the presence of prominent men of God, political leaders and dignitaries was ended in praise as their was ordination of 5 elders,2 reverends:Rev Chidi ukaegbu and Rev Ifeanyi Ngwakwe, deacons and deaconesses, Presentation of merit awards to Comrade Ubani, Rt Hon Kenedy Azubuike and others.
